2. To contact you for future studies requiring participants of a similar profile; and

GABAY RESEARCH depersonalizes your personal information, thus your responses cannot be personally identifiable. We will not share your personal information with our client and third parties, unless explicitly allowed by you and only when necessary for the purposes of the study.

1. Information - to know when your personal information will be / is being / has been processed

2. Access - to ask GABAY RESEARCH for a description of information in its possession, as well as the purposes for which such information is being processed.

3. Objection - to refuse or withdraw your consent to collection and processing of your personal information.

4. Erasure/Blocking - to suspend, withdraw, or order the blocking/removal/destruction of your personal information from GABAY RESEARCH’s system.

5. Rectification - to dispute any inaccuracies or errors in processed personal information, and to have GABAY RESEARCH correct the same immediately.

6. Data Portability - to obtain and electronically move, copy, or transfer personal information for further use.

7. Remedies - by filing a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (“NPC”) for any violation of your data privacy rights.

8. Damages - to be indemnified for damages caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained, or unauthorized use of your personal information.

GABAY RESEARCH stores collected information through secure electronic and/or physical means for a maximum of three (3) years from date of collection. We implement reasonable and appropriate organizational, physical, and technical security measures to protect your personal information.
